Choose the complete product

Order using the full SKU. For CH-series printers, the SKU specifies the controller series, included printhead quantity and nominal head size. Printer packages include the specified printheads, photoelectric sensor and mounting bracket. Ink cartridges and the encoder are separately priced. CF-330 is sold without an ink cartridge. Controller photographs do not show every possible assembled printhead arrangement; the selected configuration defines the ordered package.

Application and compatibility

Match the exact cartridge, printhead, connector and controller requirements. Nominal head size alone does not establish compatibility. Review material, code layout, usable print height, line movement, ink and environmental conditions. Contact support before ordering if your application needs a sample test or technical confirmation. Catalog maximum speeds are subject to their stated conditions.

Prices and delivery charges

Prices are retail prices in US dollars. Review the product quantity, delivery address, available shipping method and total at checkout. Shipping is charged separately from the goods and is included in the total when a delivery method is shown. Import duties, destination VAT and customs-clearance fees not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or destination authority. A shipping charge does not mean duty-paid delivery. Any additional charge we require must be agreed before payment.

Payment and order confirmation

PayPal processes enabled payments through its own checkout service. Available funding options depend on PayPal eligibility and the buyer. An item in the cart is not a stock reservation or an order. Review all details before deliberately submitting payment. Keep your order reference and confirmation email. Do not send payment-card details or passwords through order notes or email.

Estimated dispatch and transport

Typical dispatch preparation is approximately 5 business days after payment. Typical transport to the United States and Europe is approximately 10 business days after carrier collection. These are separate estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Customs, remote destinations and carrier acceptance of ink can affect transit. If we cannot meet the agreed dispatch schedule, we will contact you with the revised timing and cancellation/refund options. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Contact support promptly to request a change or cancellation before dispatch. After carrier collection, an address change or cancellation may no longer be possible. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the return process, including incorrect or defective goods and applicable consumer rights. Request the correct return instructions before shipping a return; do not send goods to the registered office.
