Eligible catalog cartridges: CH-4212D, CH-4212W, CH-4225D and CH-4225W. The printer calculation counts CH-T07C, CH-T07H8, CH-T10H8 and CF-330 packages, subject to the selected configuration and packing check. Each complete configured printer package counts as one printer; its included printheads are not counted as separate printers. Cartridges remain separately priced products: a combined shipping charge does not include free ink.

Ink-only shipment: US$68 + US$30 for each cartridge above 5. Shipment containing printers: US$150 for the first printer + US$130 for each additional printer + US$30 for each cartridge above 5. Count all four eligible cartridge models together, even when mixed in the same shipment. These amounts cover shipping only; all products remain separately priced.
Why ordering several cartridges can cost less per item
Five CH-4212D cartridges at US$49 each total US$245 in products. With the US$68 reference shipping charge, the total is US$313 before applicable taxes or import charges—US$62.60 per cartridge including shared shipping. One of the same cartridges would total US$117 with that shipping reference. Final shipping is confirmed for your address before payment.
Destinations and special addresses
We welcome inquiries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe. Availability depends on the destination, carrier service and the specific goods. These references are not a guaranteed flat rate to every country or postal code.
Remote areas, islands, Alaska, Hawaii, overseas territories, PO boxes, military addresses and destinations requiring a special ink route need an individual check. Any additional charge will be disclosed before you agree to pay. We do not add an undisclosed surcharge after payment.

Dispatch, transit and tracking
Typical dispatch preparation is approximately 5 business days after payment. Typical transport to the United States and Europe is approximately 10 business days after carrier collection. Preparation and transit are separate estimates; allow approximately 15 business days in total before customs or route delays. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Transit starts after the carrier receives the shipment. Customs, holidays, ink carrier acceptance and remote-area delivery may affect arrival. If we cannot meet the agreed dispatch schedule, we will contact you about revised timing and cancellation/refund options. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
Ink and combined shipments
The shipping route for each ink type must be accepted by the carrier based on the applicable product safety documentation. Where the carrier requires ink to travel separately, we will explain the revised shipment plan and total price before payment. Please do not assume that every ink can use the same service as an ink-free printer.
Taxes, customs and import charges
Catalog prices and the reference shipping amounts exclude applicable taxes, import duties and customs-clearance charges unless your quotation expressly includes them. Where these charges are not collected by us, the recipient is responsible for the destination charges and any information needed for clearance. Your quotation will identify the agreed tax and delivery arrangements before payment. A shipping charge is not a promise of duty-paid delivery.
Address changes, damage or a missing parcel
Check the delivery address and contact details before confirming your order. Contact us promptly to request a change before dispatch; a carrier may be unable to change an address after collection. If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete, keep the packaging and contact us with your order reference and photos where available. We will help investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy; your statutory rights are not reduced.
